Fred A. Selby

Chief Owner & Business Development Director

Fred was the original pioneer of SCH Builders. Fred is a father of 9 kids and is married to Keileen. He is the hardest working, honest, and kind man you will ever meet. His and our goal is to take care of you. He also has been in construction for over 30 years and has a vast array of knowledge and expertise.

Keileen R. Selby

Owner & Administrative Director

Keileen is not only the mother of SCH Builders, but she raised 9 kids while returning to school herself, graduating, home schooling,  and was an instrumental piece in all business ventures of Fred. Through the years her wisdom and immense background in marketing and managerial strategies has made her a skilled member of our team. Don't mess with momma!

Joseph A. Selby

Owner & Project Manager

Joseph has been living in Idaho most of his life. He has a family of 4, enjoys climbing and has an entrepreneurial spirit. He has an eye for detail and was trained with some of the best framing and finish companies in both Utah and Idaho. 

Matthew R. Selby

Owner & Assistant Project Manager

Matt has a skilled background in framing; specifically with his detailed mindset in building. As a young child, Matt had an understanding of the building blocks of structures. He sees those finished products and envisions the steps all along the way.

Thad J. Selby

Owner & Technologies Director

Thad has a mind of his own. His unique way of thinking gives him the ability to look at things differently and assess situations from a different perspective. He is an asset to SCH because he provides a more rounded perspective on said topics or projects.

Samuel T. Selby

Owner & Designing Administrator

Sam has always been a positive influencer for the team and for his family. His positive "vibe" exudes from every pore and makes the work environment fun to be apart of. He became a business owner at the ripe age of 18, this comes from being a go getter and determined. He will reach his goals and yours as he sets his mind to it.
